South Korea's President Park Geun-hye has become the country's first democratically elected leader to be used adult erotice readiing materials.forced out of office -- and people are pretty pleased.
For months, Ms Park has been caught in the midst of a corruption scandal, and now could face criminal charges.
SEE ALSO: Samsung's turmoil derails plan to crown its heir apparentThe former president and her close friend, Choi Soon-sil, have been accused of conspiring to pressure companies to donate large amounts of money to Ms Choi's non-profit organisations.
Ms Park is also accused of giving Ms Choi unlawful access to state affairs and allowing her to influence policy.
Netizens have made no secret of how they feel about Ms Choi's impeachment.
"Park Gone-Hye -- Park Gone-Bye," said users on Reddit.

"Park GURL BAI," another added.
"Justice is alive and well," said another Redditer.
"This is not just a victory for South Korea, this is a victory for real democracy," one commenter added.

Not all were as pleased with the outcome, however, and some pro-Park protesters turned on police vans outside court.
The constitutional court on Friday upheld a parliamentary vote to impeach Ms Park, with a panel of eight judges saying her actions "seriously impaired the spirit of...democracy and the rule of law."
The court added that Ms Park had broken the law by allowing Ms Choi to meddle in state affairs.
Ms Choi is also in detention, after being accused of using her close ties with Ms Park to force firms to "donate" almost $70m to her non-profit organisations, which she allegedly used for personal gain.
Electronics giant Samsung has been accused of donating $36 billion to Ms Choi.
Both Ms Park and Ms Choi have denied any wrongdoing.
Ms Park is the daughter of Korean general Park Chung-hee, who is credited as setting the country towards industrialisation and democracy.
