PUBGhas grown into one of the most popular games ever made in the seven months since its early access release in March, and while it attracts millions of players every day, it also attracts a proportionately high number of hackers and cheaters.
BattlEye shared that, in total, over 322,000 people have been banned from PUBGfor cheating, the majority of which happened in the last month.

Cheating in games like PUBGwill probably never completely stop, but it's comforting to know that the people behind the games are at least trying to make everything as fair as possible for every player.
PUBGis also still in early access, which means it hasn't received a full release yet and players are basically playing a beta version of the game. More security measures may be added to the game before its expected release later this year.
Despite its early access status and cheater problem, PUBGhas broken Steam's record for highest number of concurrent players and continues to reach higher and higher player counts.
