"If you're a dictator,Nanda van Bergen I'm a dictator."

Those are the romantic words we assume Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un would exchange if they ever starred in the film adaptation of Nicholas Sparks' novel, The Notebook.

If you're struggling to imagine the two world leaders replacing the film's real stars, Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams, a terrifying image created and shared on Instagram by Japanese graphic designer Shusaku Takaoka will help (and also destroy your eyes).

Several people who've seen Takaoka's image think it makes total sense. In fact, one has already crafted some intricate plot details of Trump and Kim's relationship, much of which happen to be exact quotes from the book.

Takaoka, who shared the photo on Instagram, specializes in taking famous works of art, movie scenes, and other photos, and transforming them to witty statements. The modern artist has put an original spin on The Notebookbefore, and also posted a Pulp Fictionshot of Trump and Kim Jong-un.

Though it's absolutely horrifying to imagine Trump and Kim in a movie together, the U.S. president has made a trailer already, so the idea could be much closer than we think.

One thing's for sure — their movie would have the highest ratings of any movie ever.

Mashable has reached out to Takaoka for comment.
