After the London Bridge terror attacks this weekend, group sex movies Louisiana Congressman Clay Higgins posted a statement on his personal Facebook page suggesting that the country was in a holy war against Islam.
"The free world... all of Christendom... is at war with Islamic horror," the Congressman, who also goes by "Captain Clay Higgins," wrote. To help fight that "horror," the Congressman demanded that "not a single radicalized Islamic suspect should be granted any measure of quarters," before recommending something far more terrifying: "kill them all."

"The free world... all of Christendom... is at war with Islamic horror. Not one penny of American treasure should be granted to any nation who harbors these heathen animals. Not a single radicalized Islamic suspect should be granted any measure of quarter. Their intended entry to the American homeland should be summarily denied. Every conceivable measure should be engaged to hunt them down. Hunt them, identity them, and kill them. Kill them all. For the sake of all that is good and righteous. Kill them all."

From the direct text of his statement, the Congressman seems to be implying that people who've simply been been suspected of a crime -- not yet convicted -- should be killed. It's further unclear what constitutes "suspicion" and who the Congressman thinks should be the ones responsible for killing: the government, or individual vigilante citizens.
Regardless of his actual intent, his post sends a devastatingly frightening message at a time when hate crimes are on the rise.
To emphasize his point, Captain Higgins -- who is not, in fact, a pirate -- included a photo of the British police standing over the bodies of the suspected terrorists in London.
The Congressman previously served as the public information officer at St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office. There, he was known as "Cajun Wayne," where he made viral CrimeStopper videos featuring him as a vigilante warrior taking on "the bad guys." Higgins reportedly quit after his boss told him to tone down his "unprofessional comments" (a euphemism, if I've ever seen one).
In the past, Higgins failed to pay over $140,000 in child support and left key sources of income off of his tax returns.
In his free time, the Congressman enjoys posting videos of himself shooting bullets into the air to help GOTV for elections. America, he says, is also in a war against socialism and he, in his muscle tee, is a soldier for the "majority."
OK.
Higgins' comments may seem extreme, but they are in line with Trump's White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon. In 2014, Bannon referred to a global conflict between "Judeo-Christian values” and “Islamic fascism" and suggested that, “If we do not bind together as partners with others in other countries then this conflict is only going to metastasize."
Late Monday afternoon, Congressman Higgins defended his post in a public statement:
"We are a world at war. The enemy is radicalized Islamic jihadists. The terrorists certainly take advantage of the politically correct madness that consumes the West. They revel, that many in the western world are frightened to speak freely. I've never been accused of being politically correct. I call things the way I see them. The meaning of candid speech is frequently mischaracterized or misunderstood. This is about prioritizing national security and protecting American lives," Higgins said.
The post is still up as of Monday early evening.
