We have Thailandourselves a new "Old Town Road" remix, people. Well, sort of.
Three days after Lil Nas X announced he was visiting Twitter's New York headquarters to replace Jack Dorsey as CEO for the day, the @TwitterMusic account dropped a nearly three-minute-long video of the rapper's time in the office, along with the words, "Old Town Road (CEO Remix)."

In the video, Lil Nas X sits down with Dorsey and declares, "I want to take over your position." Dorsey replies, "You're walking into a super stressful job." Ha ha.
Lil Nas X then sits before Dorsey for a "job interview," during which time the two discuss everything from Dorsey's salary to his love for meditation during stressful times. (Spoiler alert: Lil Nas X sucks at meditating.)
After Dorsey hands Lil Nas X his badge and dubs him CEO, the rapper proceeds to jokingly fire him on the spot, and embrace his new role of power.
Lil Nas X roams the office dramatically throwing papers, yelling things like "edit button," and firing even more people. He also makes his way into the kitchen to give Twitter's panini press a try, and serves his fellow cowboy hat-wearing co-workers.
Several other tweets offered behind-the-scenes looks at Lil Nas X's visit to the office and showed him mingling with employees and testing out his new badge.

Overall, it looks like Lil Nas X had a pretty fun day in Dorsey's shoes, but it wasn't without controversy. Many people, including actor Seth Rogen, highlighted the fact that Twitter continues to be a problematic social media platform.
In a now deleted tweet, Rogen responded to Lil Nas X's Twitter HQ announcement by calling out the company's verification of white supremacists.

Twitter has also come under fire in the past for reluctance to ban conspiracy theorists Alex Jones, not taking timely action against "dehumanizing language" aimed at religious groups, refusing to block Donald Trump for tweets that should violate the platform's terms of use, and more.
Judging from this video, it doesn't look like Lil Nas X and Dorsey discussed any heavy issues, and sadly, CEO Lil Nas X wasn't even able to deliver an edit button.

Overall, not a super successful meeting for the stressed out users of Twitter.
