Those efforts landed her a meeting with France's President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron, and upon seeing photos of their encounter, people are ready for Rihanna's political moment. Plus, when Macron shook her hand it was all so seemingly normal with a splash of laughter, no push-and-pull a la U.S. President Trump involved. Remember this?

Now just look at Macron bending over laughing after shaking Rihanna's hand. Riri looks pretty happy too.

"I just had the most incredible meeting with the president and first lady. They were incredibly welcoming to us," Rihanna during a news conference, describing that they discussed issues regarding education. "We're going to make a very big announcement this coming September," Rihanna continued, adding "we're going to do even more work this October in Africa."
