Former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke is the greeks, eroticism and ourselvesnot shy about showing his support for the new president-elect of the United States, Donald Trump.
In fact, following early predictions of Trump's victory, Duke used Twitter to passionately praise the Republican in a tweet that has many slightly concerned, to say the least.
What a way to start the day.

Since issues surrounding race have been of major concern throughout the course of this election following the death several black citizens at the hands of policy brutality, the fact that this infamous white supremacist has given the imminent president his stamp of approval is not something that has Americans feeling all warm and fuzzy.
Towards the end of October, The Crusader-- the official newspaper of the KKK -- announced its endorsement of Donald Trump, which Trump somewhat reluctantly disavowed.
Now that this presidency has become a reality, the endorsement is starting to sink in.
People on Twitter have already started sharing their fear, along with a belief that electing a president who is endorsed by a former KKK leader is essentially like electing a KKK leader to run America.

And while he was at it, Duke also took the time to publicly thank WikiLeaks and Julian Assange for bringing the Clinton emails to light during this campaign.

Here's hoping that Trump finds a way to distance himself from the extremist organization as he moves forward as president of the United States.
