But even if he just got back from the Philippines Tuesday night and Sexy Sisterswas a bit jet-lagged and dehydrated, he should have realized stopping his remarks to sip some water wasn't an option.

Trump made fun of his fellow Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio for years for doing the exact same thing during a 2013 response to the State of the Union address.
