Donald Trump was about to hop on Beauty Salon Special Service 4a helicopter Tuesday for Mar-a-Lago to enjoy Thanksgiving with his family.

But then he stopped and talked to the press. And that's when things went off the rails -- even for him.

First, he backed Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore, who was accused of inappropriate behavior and/or sexual assault by eight women, including a woman who said he sexually assaulted her when she was only 16 years old, and he was 30.

Trump then went on to focus on Moore's Democrate opponent, Doug Jones, who famously prosecuted the KKK members who killed four girls in a 1963 church bombing.

Apparently Jones is the one who is soft on crime. "I can tell you one thing for sure, we don't need a liberal person in there, a Democrat. Jones ... I've looked at his record. It's terrible on crime."

And the accusations against Moore?

"Look, he denies it," Trump said.

And then, President Donald Trump, who's been accused of sexual misconduct by 16 women -- not to mention that "grab 'em by the p*ssy" tape -- got super creepy when talking about the flood of sexual harassment accusations surfacing in the media.

"Women are very special. I think it's a very special time, because a lot of things are coming out, and i think that's good for our society and I think it's very, very good for women."

Finally, it seemed like it was over, as Melania and Barron Trump waited in the background.

"Have a very great Thanksgiving," Trump said.

But he then expanded on why we should ignore the sexual assault accusations against Moore.

"I do have to say, 40 years is a long time," Trump said of the time it's taken for the allegations to come to light.

"He has run eight races and this has never come up ... The women are Trump voters. Most of them are Trump voters. All you can do is you have to do what you have to do. He totally denies it."
